Data for 75 species (36 deciduous, 39 evergreen) were compiled from this and other studies (see text for references) to expand the analysis of Johnson et al. (2009). Data were binned into intervals of 10% Loss (e.g., 0–9%, 10%–19%) for deciduous, evergreen, and total species.
